The Circuit was delighted to be back in Manchester on 7 December 2023 for an event on cross-border issues in civil litigation. His Honour Judge Richard Pearce chaired the event, with panellists Mrs Justice Sara Cockerill, Gerard McDermott KC, Paul McGarry SC, Evanna Fruithof, Jemma Fleetwood and Paul Johnson.
