On Tuesday 27th September 2011, 6pm till 7.30pm at Brick Court
Chambers, 7-8 Essex St. London WC2, there will be a BACFI event,
followed by drinks on the Roof Terrace, held in association with the
Circuit, on the The Common Framework Reference, The Proposed European Law of Contract, Rights of Audience of Employed Barristers before the European Courts and an Update on current EU initiatives.
The speakers are: Michael Patchett-Joyce (Co-Chair of the European
Committee of the Bar Council), Lorinda Long (BACFI
Committee member and member of the European & International Committees & City Working Group of the Bar Council) & Evanna Fruithof (Consultant Director, Bar Council Brussels Office).
